a sad day
My father-in-law passed away last night. I feel so many mixed emotions. Disbelief, melancholy, but at times, relief because he was in a lot of physical pain the last few days. I worry about the family...they were all pretty close and the father was really a patriarchal figure. I know they will probably be OK but it's a big wound that will be difficult to heal.

Oh Edina...this is so sad. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I have been reading your previous posts and it seems like you have been going through so much lately. And i never read it as 'whining'....it is good to get it out and talk about it.

Dear Edina, I am so sorry about your father-in-law and so know what you are going though....my mother-in-law passed away on the 11th after a short battle with cancer. I am so sorry for your family, and for you.
